Current Bids & RFP's:
Separate sealed bids for the City of Garden City will be received at the City Engineer's Office, 301 North 8th Street, Garden City, Kansas, at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 16, 2010, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids received after the scheduled time will be returned unopened.
- PROJECT # 1: FENCING AT THE LION & TIGER EXHIBIT AT LEE RICHARDSON ZOO
- PROJECT # 2: ROOFING REPLACEMENT AND HAIL DAMAGE REPAIRS ON 2 CITY BUILDINGS
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days after the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
