The Communications Division is responsible for developing and evaluating City communication tools and making recommendations for ongoing City communications activities and services. The City's primary communication tools include newsletters, public service announcements, website, Channel 8, media relations, social media channels, community outreach initiatives and professional development. The Communications Division is also responsible for the City's Social Media Policy.
