When you apply for services the following charges must be paid in full.  For an electric only account, a refundable deposit of $200, a $15 connection fee, plus tax will be required.  For an electric and water account, a refundable deposit of $225, a $30 connection fee, plus tax will be required.  The deposit may be waived if an acceptable letter of credit is presented from a previous utility company, with no more than one late penalty recorded in the most recent 12 months of service. 

***Commercial accounts do require higher deposits and taxes.  Please call 620-276-1100 for more information.

Deposits/Fees must be brought in person to the Service and Finance office along with a valid State issued ID and a second form of ID.  If renting, you will also need to bring your lease agreement with you.
