Garden City Regional Airport is located along U.S. Highway 50/400, ten miles southeast of the City of Garden City. Owned and operated by the City of Garden City, the airport is classified as a primary commercial service airport.
Garden City Regional Airport is currently served by American Eagle, providing two daily departures to Dallas/Fort Worth. The airport also supports a wide variety of commercial and general aviation uses including charter flights, air cargo operations, corporate aviation, pilot training, air ambulance, military operations and leisure flying.
Garden City Regional Airport serves an estimated 20,000 annual take-offs and landings. It also currently has 50 based aircraft. An air traffic control tower is manned daily between 0700 and 2100 hours.
